    Our valued client is seeking a Corporate Controller for their Multi Entity organization that operates like a PE firm.  The Corporate Controller plays a key leadership role in managing accounting processes and integrating financial data across a diverse portfolio of operating companies. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic accounting functions that enhance enterprise-wide decision-making, supports investment strategies, and drives value creation. The Corporate Controller will oversee multi-entity accounting consolidation, maintain internal controls, and implement best practices aligned with the needs of a dynamic PE structure. This position ideally requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in multi-entity consolidations and accounting across multiple industries. This professional will balance strong technical accounting acumen with a hands-on, collaborative approach to working with portfolio company leadership, ensuring alignment with the overall financial strategy of the firm.
