    Our client organization seeks an Operations Manager to ensure effective and efficient operations of their divisional manufacturing processes and functions. The Operations Manager would regularly monitor policies, procedures, staff and standards are being met. Also responsible for organizing and managing manpower to ensure plant operations achieve both quality and efficiency goals. Provides leadership in the direction of all activities of the division consistent with corporate strategies and objectives.
